Mamta Elias is a Director on the Build Team at Alloy Partners. She began her career at the US Department of Health & Human Services, where she worked on expanding community health and launching value-based care pilots in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. This early experience gave Mamta a strong foundation in the US healthcare system and opportunities for innovation. Mamta’s interest in healthcare innovation took her to Deloitte Consulting, where she helped healthcare clients design and execute digital health strategies. More recently, Mamta held strategy and product leadership roles at digital health startups, building B2B solutions to improve women's health.
Mamta joined Alloy Partners to launch digital health startups that enhance healthcare in her local North Carolina community. Her passion for making healthcare better stems from personal experiences as a patient and caregiver, where she's witnessed a healthcare system that can be reactive, difficult to navigate, and unaffordable.
Outside of her professional work, Mamta serves on the board of Nurturely, a non-profit promoting equity in perinatal wellness. She has a lifelong love for travel, new cuisines, and languages, inspired by two years living in Barcelona, Spain.
