Lesa is the General Manager of our Venture Build organization at Alloy Partners. She leads all ventrue building efforts and supports Alloy Partners' growing portfolio of co-founders. Lesa has been an entrepreneur, corp executive and early-stage investor for over twenty years. She was a General Manager and MD for Techstars, former executive at the Kauffman Foundation (3B assets), and former executive in the pharmaceutical industry.

Lesa believes her special skill is finding people doing amazing work in vastly different fields and maintaining contact with them forever, a testament to her ability to build and nurture valuable connections.

Her passion is creating opportunities for our founders and being bold in execution. Lesa a graduate of the University of Kansas and is based in Kansas City.
