Kayla Bernardino is a Business Development Manager at Alloy Partners. She has spent her career wearing many hats within the startup ecosystem, most recently at Techstars where her focus was building partnerships with corporations, governments, and universities in order to drive innovation and help founders succeed. Prior to that, Kayla launched two escape room businesses in California and Ohio, managed operations for a blockchain accelerator in NYC, and ran business development and marketing for various early stage startups.

Kayla joined Alloy Partners to continue building meaningful partnerships that create real-world solutions, especially within a sustainable model she believes is the future. In her current role, she’s energized by the opportunity to leverage her diverse background and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

She enjoys the challenge of working alongside a brilliant, hardworking team that is as warm and down-to-earth as it is ambitious.Kayla thrives in environments where she can turn innovative ideas into tangible results. Outside of her professional life, she loves playing volleyball, being outdoors, and hiking - in fact, she recently completed the Pacific Crest Trail, a 2,653-mile hike from Mexico to Canada!
