Hunter Haines is an Operations Associate on the Go-to-Market Team at Alloy Partners. He began his professional career as an Orr Fellow at Indiana University Health, where he worked in various roles in clinical operations, strategy, corporate partnerships, specialty care marketing, and brand strategy. These diverse experiences revealed his strength as a strategic generalist who excels at creating clarity, building relationships, and driving results in any special project he tackles. In 2023, Hunter joined Alloy Partners to reconnect with his third-generation entrepreneurial roots and learn from the brightest minds in venture building.
Hunter loves supporting co-founders in their journeys to solve some of the world's most compelling problems. Collaborating with the Grow team to strategize, build, and execute new ways to support talented entrepreneurs is a uniquely exciting experience for him. Seeing founders hit milestone after milestone and knowing he plays a part in their success is incredibly motivating.
Hunter has a rich and varied background. He co-founded and opened a brick-and-mortar ice cream and sandwich shop while a sophomore at Indiana University. He grew up on a farm in Northern Indiana with zebra-donkeys and started working at his grandparent's restaurant at the age of five. Additionally, he pitched and received a fully funded grant to build a sustainable shipping-container home with Habitat for Humanity.
