Danni Kane is a Design Manager on the Build Team at Alloy Partners. She began her design career in professional sports, working with the Indianapolis Pacers and the Indiana Fever, creating graphics and building design assets for game time and other marketing efforts. Danni loved the atmosphere of the game and the energy of a great team working toward a common goal, but she missed the opportunity to solve problems.
This desire led her to Adidas, where her curiosity and willingness to ask questions landed her a role helping the automation team write code to solve daily problems with internally built automation. Although she wasn't much of a coder, she discovered a passion for helping companies embrace innovation and build solutions that address business needs.
Danni joined Alloy Partners in 2021, finding a position that combined her favorite elements of her work experience: a deeply curious and collaborative team with a shared vision of partnering with businesses to solve challenges. She loves taking big, undefined challenges, breaking them down to understand them, and building new and interesting solutions around them. Watching these solutions evolve and take shape is the most satisfying aspect of her work.
Outside of work, Danni loves exploring new spaces and cities, finding that a lot can be learned by taking a walk down a city's alleys. Some of her favorite explorations have been in Cairo, Shanghai, and her home city of Indianapolis.
